Forty-Five Minutes. Your Plans, Your Carriers, Your SuccessFactors System.
Not a demo company and not a slide deck. Before we meet, we load your plan design and your carrier list, so what you see on screen is your benefits program — handled the way it would be every day.
The walkthrough is run by the people who built the platform — the same people who wrote why it is built the way it is. You watch one employee's year, one HR team's morning, one carrier bill checked to the dollar, and one change flowing between SuccessFactors and Benefits Reimagined. Then you ask anything.
One Agenda, Built Around Your Benefits Program
Most demos show you a make-believe company and hope you can picture your own. We do the picturing before the meeting. Here is the order, minute by minute, and the pages to read if you want to go deeper on any stop.
We open the platform already set up as your program
Your plan names, your coverage tiers, your rates and your carriers are in place before anyone joins the call. If your open enrollment has a quirk — a plan only some sites get, a union group with its own rules — we ask for it on the prep call and set it up.
Open Enrollment & plans- Your medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending accounts and retirement plans as your employees would see them
- The eligibility rules for one of your employee groups, written as plain settings anyone in HR can read
- The date-driven view: what an employee's benefits look like today, and on any past or future date
A new hire signs in, picks a plan, has a baby and asks a question
We play one of your employees for ten minutes. The first sign-in shows only what that person needs to do. IntelliSuggest ranks the plans for their situation and shows the paycheck difference. Then a birth: the platform sets the dates, asks for one document and adds the child. Athena answers the questions people usually save for HR.
Employee Home- A guided enrollment with plan comparison and a per-paycheck cost before anything is submitted
- A life event on the mobile app: photo of a birth certificate, checked automatically, coverage date set by the event
- Athena answering “can I add her to vision too?” from that employee's own plans, in English or Spanish
The problem list, one employee in full, and a case closed without a spreadsheet
Now we switch seats. Your administrator's home page opens on what needs attention: a deadline about to pass, a document missing, a termination waiting for a COBRA notice. We search one employee and see everything about them in one place, act on their behalf, and resolve a ticket without leaving the record.
Employee Management- The admin dashboard that lists every open problem across all employees, oldest first
- One employee's complete record — benefits, dependents, documents, events, tickets — on one screen
- A case in BR Resolve: routed, answered with an Athena-drafted reply, approved by a person, closed with the evidence attached
A file goes out, an invoice comes back, and every dollar is checked four ways
This is the part most platforms skip. We send an enrollment change to one of your carriers, receive the carrier's invoice, and match it against what was elected, what payroll deducted and what the carrier says. Differences show up as a short list with a reason for each, not a month-end surprise.
Billing & Payroll- A carrier connection set up by IntelliMap from your carrier's own file layout — weeks, not months
- A carrier bill matched line by line to enrollment, payroll and the carrier's own record
- A retroactive change (a late-reported life event) recalculated and posted correctly to payroll by ReVerge
A change made in SuccessFactors shows up here; a deduction goes back
If you run SAP SuccessFactors, we show the platform inside it: a new hire created in SuccessFactors appears in Benefits Reimagined with the right eligibility, and the deduction from their election flows back to payroll. If you run Workday, UKG, ADP, Dayforce or Paycom, we show the same round trip through HRIS Sync.
SuccessFactors & HRIS Sync- One login for employees and HR, no second password
- A hire, a pay change and a termination arriving from your HR system and doing the right thing to benefits
- A deduction sent to payroll with the proof of where it came from
Ask anything, then decide what you want next
The last five minutes are yours. Typical questions: how long a rollout takes, what it costs, how security review works, what is live today and what is still on our roadmap. We answer plainly, including “not yet” where that is the honest answer, and follow up in writing.
What is live and what is planned- The recording and a written answer to every open question, within two business days
- A security and privacy review pack for your IT and procurement teams, on request
- An optional second session for one audience only — payroll, IT, or your broker
What You Bring, What We Bring
A short prep call before the walkthrough is what makes it yours. Twenty minutes, one person from your benefits team, and a few documents you already have.
1What you bring
- Your plan summary — the one-page benefits guide you give employees is enough; your rate sheets if you have them handy
- Your carrier list — who you use for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending accounts and retirement
- Your HR system — SuccessFactors or another; which payroll you run; roughly how many employees and locations
- Two or three real situations — the questions your HR inbox gets most, or the month-end task you dread
No employee data. We build a made-up employee population that looks like yours. Real employee records are never used before a signed agreement.
2What we bring
- Your program, set up — plans, tiers, rates, carriers and one employee group's rules configured before the call
- The people who built it — the product lead runs the walkthrough; an implementation lead joins for rollout questions
- Straight answers — every capability is marked live or planned; we say “not yet” out loud
- Everything in writing afterwards — the recording, open questions answered, and the security and privacy review pack on request
Want it in Spanish for the employee half? Tell us on the form.
Who Should Be in the Room
Every seat at the table sees a different part of the platform. Invite the people who own the problems, and we will make sure each of them sees their answer.
The team that gets the questions
You see the employee side and the admin side back to back.
- The problem list that replaces the morning spreadsheet
- How Athena takes the repeat questions
- Open enrollment with fewer errors to chase
The team that pays the bill
You see the carrier invoice checked against enrollment and payroll before it is paid.
- Every dollar matched four ways, differences explained
- Retroactive changes recalculated, not hand-fixed
- Deductions that arrive in payroll with their proof
The team that has to connect it
You see the platform inside SuccessFactors and how changes flow both ways.
- One sign-in, no second password
- Where the platform runs, and what data stays where
- The security and privacy review pack, on request
The people who recommend platforms
You see carrier connections and reporting your clients will ask about.
- A new carrier connected from its own file layout
- Plan comparison and cost views employees understand
- Reports your clients can read without training
What Happens After You Ask
Four steps, no chasing. You will always know who is replying and when.
A person replies within one business day
Not an automated sequence. A named member of the team confirms who should join and offers three times.
A 20-minute prep call
We collect your plan summary, carriers and HR system, and set up your program in the platform before the walkthrough.
The 45-minute walkthrough
The agenda above, on your program, with your questions taking the last five minutes — or more if you need them.
Everything in writing
Recording, open questions answered, pricing on request, and the security and privacy review pack for IT and procurement.

Questions People Ask Before They Book
What to expect, what we need and what you get afterwards — answered plainly.
Forty-five minutes, run by the product lead with an implementation lead on the call for rollout questions. It is not a sales script; it is the platform working on your plan design.
No. Before we meet we set up your plans, tiers, rates, carriers and one employee group's rules, so the screens show your program. The employees are made up so that no real employee data is needed.
No. The platform is built inside SAP SuccessFactors and runs on SAP BTP and AWS, but the same walkthrough works if you run Workday, UKG, ADP, Dayforce, Paycom or another HR system. Tell us which one on the form and we show that connection instead.
Never before a signed agreement. We ask only for the plan documents you already publish to employees and your carrier list. The employee population in the walkthrough is invented to look like yours.
Yes. Every walkthrough is recorded for your team, and every open question is answered in writing within two business days. A security and privacy review pack for your IT and procurement teams is available on request.
Yes. Send the RFP to info@BenefitsReimagined.com and we answer each line against the platform, marking every capability as live today or planned, so you can compare fairly.
Tell us on the form. We can run a shorter session on one topic for one audience, and add the full walkthrough later if you want it.
Yes. The walkthrough is the first step of the Founding Customer Program. Say so on the form and we add the fit conversation to the follow-up.
See It on Your Data, Not Ours
