It provides a complete solution for Domestic partners and their Children. This includes taxability, Additional Post-Tax amount, and Inflated income.
Benefits Salary Calculation : Customers can calculate Benefits and Salary for Insurance Coverage based on their calculation rule.
Imputed Income : Customers can calculate Imputed income for their Universal Life and Group Term Life plans.
Length of Service, seniority, etc. : Customers can calculate the Length of Service, seniority, and other time-related information based on their specific rules and guidelines.
Central Integration HUB & 834 Compliance
Benefits Reimagined has created one central Integration HUB for all Integration related to Benefits Vendors, and all files are out-of-the-box HIPAA ANSI 834 Compliant.
Embedded Benefits Application in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Benefits Reimagined is the Only full-service Benefits Application that is SSO enabled, Real-time, and can be completely embedded inside the SuccessFactors platform. The user experience is identical to existing SuccessFactors users, so no additional training is required for navigation.
- Unlike other 3rd party applications, the entire Benefits Reimagined’s employee benefits data resides within the SAP HANA Cloud environment eliminating data privacy and security concerns.
